Hot Tub Health Benefits

Stress is all around us. A National Health Interview Survey showed that 75% of the general population experiences at least “some stress” every two weeks. It’s a proven fact that stress also affects the immune system, which protects us from many serious diseases. Some estimates show that medical community agrees that 80% of all disease is stress-related. We are overworked & overrun, and we don’t allow our bodies the chance to heal before we move on to the next thing.

When is the last time you let yourself relax?

Have you ever told yourself “I don’t have time to relax?” or “If I relax now X,Y & Z won’t get done.” I do. All the time!

But what if you committed to just 15 minutes a day to allow yourself to be rejuvenated for the stressful tasks ahead? What if in that 15 minutes you could encourage circulation, release healing endorphins, give your joints stress & pain relief and even over time, reduce your blood sugar levels?

My personal favorite use for a hot tub is relieving aching muscles. I’m on my feet a lot and those jets feel fantastic at the end of the day!
