Hot Tub Use and High Blood Pressure

Did you know that a hot tub can actually help with high blood pressure? According to American Heart Association, the heat generated in a hot tub causes blood vessels to open (a process called vasodilation), lowering blood pressure.

If you have high blood pressure and aren’t experiencing a hypertensive crisis, a hot tub might be the perfect addition to your home. Many doctors suggest limiting soaking time to 15 minutes or less at a water temperature no hotter than 104 degrees.

So if you have a hot tub, use it! And if you don’t have a hot tub yet, what are you waiting for? Stop by one of our 3 hot tub showrooms or visit our Virtual Hot Tub Showroom online
