“These long, cold, dark days of winter exacerbate my arthritis and fibromyalgia. I look forward to my nightly soak, which not only warms me to the bone, but also relieves my aching muscles and joints. Usually, I sleep straight through the night after a lovely soak. A morning soak, when time allows during the week, and on weekends, is a wonderful way to start the day.”
