I am writing this to tell you how happy I am with my hot tub since I switched to the Silk Balance product. I had been a very dissatisfied user of another chemical line which always left a sticky film at the waterline, no matter how I tried to avoid it. Indeed I had stopped using the tub entirely, as I was so dissatisfied with the water quality.However, I am happy to say that usage of the tub has dramatically increased, since switching to Silk Balance, the water now feels clean and looks clear and there is never a sticky gummy residue at the waterline.
