Just had a great service on my Hot Spring Grande. Your service tech (Neil) provided excellent service. He was very professional and courteous and provided me with a great deal of information regarding the care and use of my tub. Anyone can come and do the job that’s asked of them but when people go the extra mile like Neil did for us it says a lot about the company and where their priorities lie. Spring Dance clearly puts the customer first and that’s evident in the people they choose to hire. Thank you!
