While a pool party might be what you think of for a picnic on July 4th (and we love those!), why not try throwing a Hot Tub Party!? Here are some ideas that we’ve come up with so your hot tub party is one your neighbors & friends will never forget:
Send Invitations
Maybe you’re the crafty type, but I’m not! So these days I rely on Facebook Event Invitations to get the word out to my friends! They are SIMPLE to use & you could even upload a fun picture from a previous picnic or event when your hot tub was being used!
Decorate!
Target is a great place to pick up Patriotic-themed decorations! Why not hang up a strand of Star sparkle-lights near your hot tub?! Or fill a patriotic, inflatable cooler with your drinks!
Food & Drink
Try this recipe for the perfect Old-Fashioned Pink Lemonade:
Ingredients:
2 cups white sugar
9 cups water
2 cups fresh lemon juice
1 cup cranberry juice, chilled
Directions:
In large pitcher combine sugar, water, lemon juice and cranberry juice. Stir to dissolve sugar. Serve over ice.
Add Tequila & Lime Juice for an Adult Version- A Pink Lemonade Margarita!!!
