Did you know that a hot tub can actually help lower high blood pressure?
According to American Heart Association, the heat generated in a hot tub causes blood vessels to open (a process called vasodilation), lowering blood pressure.
If you have high blood pressure and aren’t experiencing a hypertensive crisis, a hot tub might be the perfect addition to your home.
Many doctors suggest limiting soaking time to 15 minutes or less at a water temperature no hotter than 104 degrees.
And if you already have a hot tub, use it! And if you don’t have a hot tub yet, what are you waiting for? Check out our Virtual Hot Tub Showroom or stop by one of our 3 Philadelphia Area Hot Tub Showrooms.
